Hoagie Succeeded in Getting His New USA Flag

You may remember from DOTT that Hoagie had some quite interesting ideas for a re-designed U.S. Flag.

-We need a babe in a leather bikini, swinging a broadaxe.
-Could it have a chrome-plated bald eagle robot on it?
-How about a skull with, like, scorpions in its mouth?
-The guys downstairs say they want a big family crest… …and in the four corners, they want a keg, some babes, a guitar, and some drum sticks… …and underneath it all put, ‘America ROCKS!’
-What if it had the face of the Devil on it, with like red, white and blue flames coming out of his mouth?

Well, while over on a trip through northern Germany, known as one of the last adventure game-loving countries left, my group was greeted once with this U.S.A. flag.

Is there a connection between the love for adventure games in Germany and the fact that I was welcomed with this flag? You decide…

Tentacle Armies Clash on a Board of Black and White

Yes, it has been two months since an update on this site. I have been busy working on projects for my other sites. I did, however, just receive an email from Jonathan Ben-David who was the creator of that very fine DOTT lamp I posted about in the last update.

This image shows a new view of the lamp, along with a necklace he also created.

And he has also been busy since that last update.
I was sent new pictures of what he has been up to. For instance, his Chess team of Tentacles.

His pawns for the one side are made up of Purple Tentacle incarnations.

And along the other side, some say, the good side, mutated Green Tentacles.

Thanks again go to Jonathan Ben-David for the wonderful images he sent in to Maniac Zombies.

Tiny Zekes fighting Tiny Zombies

I’m currently translating the second level of the ZAMN comics from CrowX, but until they are posted, here is a teaser for the next level. The second level was completed by him and I also have a very interesting teaser for the third one, but that will come in time.

And if you’re in the mood for some tiny zombie blasting action, I definitely suggest you click on this link, and then this one.

Another reason to be scared of Cosplay

I told them it couldn’t be done. I said there was no way to improve upon the classic ‘going as Purple Tentacle’ at any convention, but alas, I was wrong. Combining such a strong character such as Purple Tentacle with Vash the Stampede, why, it’s blown my pathetic human mind. All joking aside, they did a reasonably good job at representing both characters as one. As a fan of both, I’m quite impressed.

Also recently found on the net, was this astounding work done by someone who only goes by ‘Dottfan’. Edit* Credit now goes to Jonathan Ben-David for creating these.

I hate my computer desk now for not having one of these on it already. It should know better. Now I’m jealous.

And for what Michael Nusair claims to be months of hard working on the newest DOTT comic, we now get the fruits of that labor! A new Day after Day of the Tentacle comic is now available on the site.

I also happened upon this portfolio site of a one ChristerB. On that site, they have images they’ve created using 3D modeling programs, and it just so happens they are extremely talented fans of the game we all love, Day of the Tentacle.
